1. When selecting mold steel, it is recommended to choose mold steel with minimal carbide segregation.
2. During SINO mold design, try to reduce significant differences in thickness and avoid asymmetrical structures. Use smooth transition structures at the junctions between thick and thin sections.
3. Perform stress relief annealing once before semi-finishing.
4. Properly select the quenching heating temperature and heating rate.
